Lloyd Levenson founded Octavia Legal to provide elite, fractional General Counsel services rooted in over two decades of experience.
As an original member of Outside GC in 2002, Lloyd has spent more than 20 years serving as a practical, business-minded advisor to Fortune 500 companies and emerging technology leaders. His unique perspective is informed by his dual history as both a seasoned litigator and a high-level business development executive.

Background
Prior to his 24-year tenure at Outside GC, Lloyd served as VP and General Counsel for Red Sky Interactive. He also practiced at premier firms including McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen (later Bingham McCutchen) and Hancock, Rothert and Bunshoft (now Duane Morris). Lloyd is a graduate of Harvard University (A.B., cum laude) and Boston College School of Law (J.D., cum laude).
